The recordings will help you practice and study the Dharma, and can be a useful tool for meditating, thanks to all the guided meditations (GM) available.
Here you’ll find all the speeches you listened to during the spiritual retreats, the seminars and the intensive courses, recorded; they will help you deepen the specific themes of Dharma you are more interested in.
This section of the site gives you access to the recordings of all the speeches given by Corrado Pensa, Neva Papachristou and the guest lecturers invited by the “Associazione per la Meditazione di Consapevolezza” from 2003 onwards. This precious archive will help you during your Dharma studies.
The recordings are made for free by several volunteers of the Association, who take care of recording live, reorganizing and cleaning the recorded material, and creating the CDs. Thanks to their sustained effort A.Me.Co can offer you all the lectures taken from 2003 onwards.
We remind you that when buying the A.Me.Co. CDs you are not only helping your inner path, but also the Association’s life itself. For this reason, we ask you not to make copies of the recordings without prior authorisation from the Associazione.
The shipment price for any ordered CD, sent via standard mail, starts from EUR 1.50. Since the CDs are sent in envelopes rather than in a package, you won’t need to go to the Postal office.
In order to avoid delivery errors, when requesting a CD you need to write its exact title, code, and the teacher’s/lecturer’s name. Since the Associazione per la Meditazione di Consapevolezza offers its activities exclusively to its members, the applicant needs to be an A.Me.Co. member for the current calendar year.
The recordings are in mp3 format; the CDs can be listened with a computer, most DVD players, and CD players with mp3 function. You cannot ask for only a part of a single recording. You can find every CD’s price (excluding shipping costs) next to the date and the code number.
You can order the CDs online by filling in the form in the Contacts section, stating the author and the title.
