Every day there will be two Dharma talks, two guided meditations, a question and answer session and the possibility, compatibly with the number of participants, to have individual interviews with the teachers and it will be possible, for those who wish, to participate every day in a Qi Gong lesson led by Debora Drigani. During the retreat the rule of the Noble Silence will be observed. It is possible to register for the End of Year Celebration, which will take place THURSDAY the 19th of DECEMBER. We will celebrate together  from 8.30 pm onwards at the A.Me.Co. It will be, like every year, a wonderful opportunity to share the Christmas atmosphere with the Sangha and celebrate with food and drinks brought by all of us. In addition, the Choir of A.Me.Co., led enthusiastically by CLAUDIA MARSS, will cheer us and fill our hearts with the joy transmitted by music.

You can bring friends or relatives. Naturally we will give precedence to our Members, but we will put them on a special list and, if there were places available, we will be happy to let them participate.

Two days that were moving and full of joy were those that Joseph Goldstein, with the impeccable translation of Neva, offered. His generosity was truly incredible and he did not stop teaching and testifying, with his presence, the wonder of Dharma. An infinite gratitude arises spontaneously for Corrado and Neva who have made all this possible and for this extraordinary teacher who has renewed our motivation and our faith. Gratitude that extends to all the people who, with their work, made sure that everything went really well.

For all those who have failed to participate, remember that the CD of this initiative will be ready shortly and that it is possible from now to request audio tracks in mp3 format which will be sent via email.
